       B.S. Biology, magna cum laude, Northeastern Illinois University, Chicago, IL, 2006.

Interests:

       Effects of noise, specifically anthropogenic noise, on marine organisms, especially baleen whale acoustic behavior, communication, and ecology (recovery, population dynamics); Applications to local and global conservation and education; and of course…lots of sea time!
